Returns & Refunds
At Remodern we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you read our Returns & Refunds Policy prior to you making a purchase from Remodern, so you are familiar with our policy on returns and refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Remodern, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not normally offer refunds for change of mind or wrong selection purchases but will gladly exchange or issue a credit (less the return delivery cost) provided items are returned within 14 days of purchase and in their original condition and packaging.
To return your purchase please follow the procedure below:
- Report your return in writing to Remodern by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please wait for our reply and we will send you instructions shortly
- Pack the goods to be returned as carefully as possible
- Please retain original packing as this way the goods are ideally protected against damage in transit
- The value of the goods will be credited to your account as soon as they have arrived in our warehouse and gone through inspection.
- Our intention is to ensure that your returns process is easy, efficient and cost-efficient transaction for all parties.
Should you wish to cancel an order, which has not yet been despatched, please contact us in writing at email@example.com. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the order to us with reference to the Returns Procedure above.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with clear digital photographs showing the damage. Remodern will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to Remodern and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds will be made by Remodern via the method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived into our warehouse and have gone through inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Where Remodern considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Remodern will be at Remodern’s cost.
Remodern provides a 12 month warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under applicable Australian law. The warranty period commences from the date of despatch for a period of 12 months. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and does not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product. It does not apply to goods that are moved or taken outside of Australia, to goods that have been changed in any way or if goods do not fit.
If you believe you have a defective item and wish to make a warranty claim, please email email@example.com within 7 days of identifying the alleged defect and within the warranty period.
